I got this show in March 2026 from Dave aka RockShowTrader, who claims to have received this from Jeff Young (megadeth guitar player). Dave had shared this recording as video (audio only) in Youtube in January 2026. But this is from wav he made from the original tape! According to Dave "this tape was sent to me by Jeff Young, in return for me sending him some DVDs from the same tour. He sent them about 10 years ago and I am finally getting around to sharing.".
Frankly I have spent quite some time comparing this source to the one many of us have ((Set the World on Fire Silver CD) and the source of this tape, the original amazing audience tape done by BowlingRon and remastered by Navigator in 2025. For many years this Silver CD source was mislabelled as SBD. But this one from Jeff is a true SBD without any audience close-to-the-taper interference and Dave w/ the band sound a little different, i.e. like a SBD recoding. There are almost no cuts due to tape flip - just a tiny cut during the Drum Solo > Peace Sells intro transition. More over this version I got is 2 mins longer than the one shared on youtube :) After Anarchy Dave takes time and comes out to the crowd to say a few words. Amazing show with a great setlist and now in this almost perfect quality (just a lil' touch of hiss can be heard). Enormous thanks to Dave for sharing. It's unbelievable to receive a recording 35+ years after the actual gig in such a quality. A must have piece of Megadeth history.
